Multiple progress photos per check-in

Upload several photos in one check-in — they display in a grid so you can see everything at a glance without scrolling.

Progress photo gallery

A horizontal photo strip in the Stats tab shows all your progress photos. Tap 'See all' for a full month-grouped gallery with the ability to upload, view, and compare photos.

Pick any two photos from your history and compare them side-by-side. Every individual photo is available to compare — not just one per day.

Auto-generate calorie & macro goals

Tap 'Auto generate' in the Profile tab to be taken to onboarding where a personalised calorie and macro plan is calculated for you.

Daily Check-in

Log your weight, body fat %, steps, and a daily note all in one place. Check in once a day — edit or delete if you need to change it.

Pick any past date from a clean calendar to backfill missed check-ins, with a Today shortcut for quick access.

Food delete confirmation

Accidentally deleting a food entry is now prevented — a two-tap confirmation keeps your log safe.

Saved foods with photos

Bookmark any logged meal — photo included — and re-log it in one tap.

Track your weight and body fat over time via the Analytics tab. Data is pulled directly from your daily check-ins.
